nemail

nemail:

When you deliberately spell your email address incorrectly, but plausibly, so that the recipient will assume that they can contact you, but in reality cannot.

Example:

Person A: “Hey there. We’re had a good time, right?”
Person B: “Yep, it’s been fun.”
Person A: “Can I call you?”
Person B: “You can email me.”
Person A: “What’s your email?”
Person B: (spoken out loud) “y o u w i l l n e v e r s e e m e a g a i n @ gmail.com”
